At least tomorrow is my local farmer's market. I can't wait to see what they have to offer!
I haven't been inspired to cook lately, because it's way too hot to cook. I am hoping tomorrow something at the market will inspire me to get cookin' again.
One thing I have been waiting to make is blueberry muffins!
We have blueberry bushes in our yard, and they haven't turned blue yet.. I am crossing my fingers by next week they will be ready. There is a TON of berries on it and I couldn't be more excited.
When it comes to blueberries or bluebs as I sometimes call them haha..
I don't really like them raw. Not sure why. Never have, Never will.
But when they are cooked into muffins or scrumptious coffee cakes I LOVE THEM.
I am also not THAT great at baking. Don't get me wrong, I can bake a few things really good, but when it comes to precise measurements and all that junk, it just aint my thang.
When I make the muffins and other goodies, I'll be sure to share the recipes!!

Ooo, I've been making blueberry muffins lately, but just with berries from the grocery store. I don't think I have any blueberry bushes, but we have lots of raspberry ones that I'm waiting for to ripen so I can make all kinds of things, so I know how you feel. :)
OOo i'd love to have raspberry bushes!!
